Cathy’s Tasty Treats Chicken Salad

Cathy’s Tasty Treats Recipes  2

I use sweet relish to add a little tang and sweetness to this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg Cathy’s Tasty Treats Parmesan Herb dip mix
  • 1 can Chicken white meat
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons finely chopped purple onion
  • 1 cup real mayonnaise,
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup diced sweet red seedless grapes
  • Dash pepper
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons sweet pepper relish, or to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

Add Cathy’s Tasty Treats Parmesan Herb dip mix with the sour cream and mayonnaise and mix well. Then combine with the chicken, celery, onion, lemon juice, pepper, relish, grapes, and salt, chill for an hour.

Spread on lightly toasted bread or crescent rolls serve with romaine lettuce. Makes a nice light meal for anytime.
Makes 6 to 8 sandwiches, depending on size.
